How much pumpkin is too much pumpkin?

ptdoctor2014-11-02T12:38:59+00:00

Studies show that  eating pumpkin can actually be healthy for your skin, but not too much pumpkin. If you’re actually consuming too much pumpkin your skin can start to turn a bit orange. I know that sounds crazy but infact its true.  It leads to high levels of Beta Carotene.

You can also getheadaches and dizziness – from the mineral imbalance – also caused by eating too much.
However, if you have headaches and dizziness that persist when you don’t have a mineral imbalance, then physical therapy can help with a combination of loosening tight muscles and re-training the musculoskeletal and nervous systems.
