OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Jacie received her Bachelor of Science with a Minor in Business at Long Island University in 2015. She received a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University located in Tampa, FL in 2021. Jacie completed a doctoral capstone in education and has a passion for teaching that has motivated her to supervise several OT students. She has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient, a skilled nursing facility and home care. Jacie`s practice is very client centered as well as evidence based. She strives to listen to her patients' concerns, history and needs so that she can tailor their therapy to their needs. Jacie is constantly seeking learning opportunities as well as reading current research to provide the best, most effective care possible.When she is not working she enjoys hiking, going to the beach and doing paint classes with friends. Fun fact about Jacie is she has 4 cats and says she never thought she would have so many but has a hard time saying no to an animal in need!
