At first, I couldn’t walk without a cane, drive, or do steps. Gradually I increased my strength in my knee with P.T. Josh at 3x a week with manual therapy and the range of motion increased to mid-130’s.
We then added ankle weights, belts and machines as well as the bike, elliptical and leg extensions.
I feel I have full range of motion and strength in my knee. Walking, driving, and stairs are not a problem.
