Bernadette Sierra “Bernie” is a seasoned Physical Therapist with a wealth of experiences spanning over two decades. Originally hailing from the Philippines, she earned her degree in 1999 before embarking on a dynamic career journey that led her to the United States which started in 2018.

Throughout her professional trajectory, Bernadette honed her expertise in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, outpatient clinics, and home care environments. Her specialized training encompasses neurological, musculoskeletal, and pediatric rehabilitation making her a versatile practitioner.

Certified in a plethora of advanced techniques such as Joint Manipulation, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), Bobath Techniques, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Manual Therapy and Dry Needling.

Bernadette is committed to consistently delivering exceptional care to her patients as well as to the caregivers, facilitating their recovery and well-being.

Beyond her dedication to her profession, Bernie finds joy in cooking, often delighting her three children with sumptuous multicultural dishes, and nurturing her green thumb through gardening pursuits.
