DR. HYUNJONG KIM

Physical Therapist & Acupuncturist

Dr. Kim is both a doctor of physical therapy and a NYS licensed acupuncturist. He graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy from Dominican College of Blauvelt in Westchester, NY, and South Baylo School in California with a master’s degree in oriental medicine and had previously finished a bachelor’s degree from Korea University, one of the best institutions in South Korea.
He has a diverse educational background and experience in a wide range of therapeutic settings from pediatrics to geriatrics as well as involvement in sports which has allowed him to develop a holistic approach to physical therapy. He provides one-on-one treatments using a combination of fascia manipulation and the osteopathic approach which treats the root of the issue—not just your symptoms—in our calming and stress-free atmosphere, focusing on the mind-body connection to promote increased movement awareness.
