Who Should Use a Rocker Board?

ptdoctor2015-11-02T12:39:33+00:00

The “Rockerboard” is used to enhance a person’s ability to balance on uneven surfaces.  It is used to develop balance, motor coordination skills, weight distribution and core strength.  It’s most important feature however is to prepare people for the natural aging process.  This is to avoid injurious falls, especially to the ankle and knee.  Watch the video to see Dr. Robert Morea’s demonstration, and call us today and find out how it can help ease physical pain for you.
