Hey Athletes! Still have pain from a nagging injury?

ptdoctor2016-02-25T11:00:58+00:00

Are you afraid to fully use the injured area no matter how many drills and training sessions you’ve had?  Its most likely that you have fixed everything except the memory of protection from your “Hard Drive”.  If your muscles are bracing, which is your Automatic Brain and Nervous System thinking that it still needs to keep that area on “lock down”, then you won’t move with your fullest freedom of movement.  When you are playing a sport you need to have your full freedom of movement.  90% won’t cut it.  And local treatments can only get you so far.  Did you know . . . your automatic brain won’t self correct.  There are specific techniques that will correct your “Hard Drive” and get rid of that falsely continued patterning of protection.  We are the only providers in the New York City area that are experienced in  correcting this part of your body and brain.
